Manny’s Falafel is a cloud kitchen based in Mumbai serving food inspired by Mediterranean flavors and the Middle East. They were brought on as one of our clients in 2022 when I worked at Post Turtle India, a boutique digital marketing agency. We worked with them up until the agency ceased operations in mid-2024, after which they personally retained me for my freelance social media management services. Ever since I have been solely responsible for conceptualizing and creating engaging content for their Instagram handle @mannysfalafel.
